专利摘要:
The invention relates to a rock cutting tool and allows for increased drilling efficiency. The device comprises a drilling head having a rotating body and an internal channel for supplying air, drilling mud or water under pressure and having at least one rotating cutting element in the form of a disk mounted on a shaft. The disk has an annular cutting part. On the body 1 on the shaft parallel to the axis of the body 1 and having a friction surface, a counter element in the form of a roller is mounted. The highest points of the annular cutting part of the disk and the roller are diametrically opposite to the axis of the rotating body. The axis of rotation of the body 1 and the roller are angled in the direction of drilling. Element 5 may be in contact with the borehole wall along its entire perimeter. It is located between the highest and lowest points of engagement of the cutting surface. Body 1 is rotated and a small axial load acts on the drill head. The side surface of the element 5 cuts the rock and forms a well. During drilling, the opposing roller 13 contacts the side wall of the well and serves as a counterbalance to the reaction of the rock to the cutting element and to strengthen the wall of the well. 1 il.

the shaft parallel to the axis of the body 1 and having a friction surface, mounted opposing element in the form of a roller. The highest points of the ring-shaped cutting part of the disk and the roller are located diametrically opposite to the axis of the rotating body. The axis of rotation of the body 1 and the roller are angled in the direction of the drill-Q NIN. Element 5 may be in contact with the borehole wall along its entire perimeter. It is located between the most
the upper and lowest points of the engagement of the cutting surface. Body 1 is rotated and a small axial load acts on the drill head. The side surface of the element 5 cuts the rock and forms a well. During drilling, the opposing roller 13 contacts the side wall of the well and serves as a counterbalance of the rock reaction to the cutting element 5 and to strengthen the borehole wall. 1 il.
The invention relates to a device for drilling wells, namely a rock cutting tool.
The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency of drilling wells.
The drawing shows a drilling device, a longitudinal section.
The boring head of the boring device comprises a rotating body 1, which is screwed to a shaft end (not shown) which is rotated. The upper part of the rotating body 1 has a part in the shape of a truncated cone 2 provided with a thread 3.
On the lower part of the body 1 there is a cylindrical part 4, the axis of which diverges in a downward direction with the axis of rotation of the body 1. The cutting element 5 is fixed on the cylindrical part 4. The cutting surface of the element 5 has the shape of a truncated cone.
consisting of two opposing
surfaces 6 and 7, or the shape of a double parabola. A ball bearing 8 is mounted on the cylindrical part 4, and a thrust ball bearing 10 is mounted on the surface 9. A seal 11 protecting the ball bearing 8 is placed between the nut 12 and the ball code bearing B. A counter roller 13 is mounted on the shaft 14 parallel to the axis of rotation of the drilling head. are crafted and mounted between the horizontal plates 15 and 16. The generators 17 and 7 of the counteracting roller 13 and the cutting element 5 are diametrically opposed. Channel 18 for transporting air, water or drilling fluid passes through the body 1 and exits through the hole 19 to the bottom of the well 1na. Channel 18 may

have a branch extending through the cylindrical part 4 and the nut 12: for better cooling of the support 8 and 10.
The working surface of the cutting element 5 may be provided with channels through which fluid is ejected under high pressure onto the cutting surface of the well. The bottom hole formed during rock failure has a cross section of approximately parabolic shape 20. In this case, the lower point 21 of the edge of the cutting element 5, unlike the upper point 22, must be at least 1 mm away from the geometric axis 23 of rotation.
Drilling is performed as follows.
. Body 1 is rotated in the usual way and a small axial load is created on the drill head 1. The side surface of the cutting element 5 cuts the rock and forms a well. During drilling, the opposing roller 13 contacts the side wall of the well and serves as a counterbalance of the rock reaction to the cutting element 5 and to strengthen the borehole wall.
